I needed to completely overhaul my lifestyle before my health declined any further. I had always failed at fitness programs and fad diets, but now my life depended on making real change.
It took patience and effort, but I eventually dropped the weight, lowered my cholesterol without medication, and got in the best shape of my life. So I wrote this book to share what I learned and to help others finally get fit, lose weight, and to enjoy the process along the way.
